About vega properties
Established in 2009, Vega Properties, a BBBEE level 2 contributor is a subsidiary of the JSE listed Deneb Investments Limited. It owns and manages a diverse portfolio of industrial properties predominantly located in Kwazulu-Natal and the Western Cape.
Vega has a small dedicated team with proven property expertise that provides service excellence to Tenants through its development and management of well located, well maintained and affordable industrial premises.
Its focus is on extracting value for the benefit of Tenants through the sustainable Brown Fields Development of Industrial Parks. This allows Tenants to focus on their core business in a secure industrial park environment with access to more cost – effective services than available in a single tenanted property.
Currently, it operates two large parks in Kwa-Zulu Natal, New Germany Industrial Park and Mobeni Industrial Park and a further two smaller parks in the Western Cape, Winelands Industrial Park, Paarl and Radnor Industrial Park in Parow, Cape Town.
