Situated just off Leicester Road in Mobeni, Durban’s southern basin, the park has been designed for major logistics and warehouse tenants wishing to take advantage of its excellent road links and proximity to the harbour and the proposed new Durban dugout port.

The park, which is fully self-contained, comprises some 30 000 m² of GLA, with 12 700 m² of dedicated yard space and covered loading, supplemented by extensive docking and dock leveller facilities. It also enjoys extensive rail siding facilities, currently mothballed.
